Current Business Hours

Little Village will be open seven days a week during the hours listed below. Curbside pickup is available for any customers who cannot participate or are uncomfortable with in-store shopping.

Normal hours:

• Monday–Saturday: 10AM–6PM

• Sunday: 10AM–5PM

• Closed: Easter, Thanksgiving & Christmas

Curbside Pickup Details

• To place an order, call us at (603) 444-4869, email us at littlevillagetoyshop@gmail.com, or shoot us a message on Facebook.

• Once your item(s) arrive, we will call to process payment over the phone by credit card. After payment, we will put your item(s) & receipt in a bag with your name & hold it until you can pick up.

Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is always to make sure you are happy with your purchase! 🙂Here is a quick overview of our returns and exchanges policy:

• Within 30 days of purchase - full refund

Items in new, unopened condition accompanied by a receipt (or we can attempt to reprint) to receive a full

refund.

• No receipt? - exchange

           If the item is clearly purchased from the shop and is in the above mentioned condition, we are happy to 

offer an exchange.

• Faulty or defective items - exchange or refund

We will test the item with you in-store to confirm the issue. Faulty or defective merchandise accompanied

by a receipt (or we can attempt to reprint) will be returned for full refund or exchange.

• Donated Merchandise

Items marked as donated (often indicated by a Sharpie line across the UPC) are non-returnable. If the item

is an in stock item an exchange may be offered if the item is in new, unopened condition..

• Traxxas & Bruder products

Traxxas policy does not allow in shop returns and they prefer to handle warranty issues directly.
